Discussion
At the UN Security Council, the UAE condemned RSF attacks on civilians in El Fasher and called on all parties in Sudan to uphold international humanitarian law. Abu Dhabi announced an additional $100 million in aid, reaffirmed its solidarity with the Sudanese people, and renewed its call for a humanitarian truce that would pave the way for a lasting ceasefire and a civilian-led transition.
