Before I became a partner at my firm I was aggressively applying to all kinds of bitcoin-related companies. Luckily I have a degree from a law school that no longer exists and because even lawyers in bitcoin companies are snobs, so no one wants to hire me. That's right, it's you not me! 😉

So, I've been forced to make a lot more money by building my own company with like-minded colleagues who are like brothers to me. Really sad.

Such a shame.

Ya, heart broken. sad.

I'm still kind of genuinely surprised that a Bitcoin company actually hired me.

Props for building your own thing.

Just lawyers in bitcoin companies are snobs?

Haha, no of course not and I've just got a chip on my shoulder

I went to a top 25 law school and graduated at the top of my class. I experienced the same thing as you. They only consider T14, apparently.

It is a surprisingly snobby profession. My first experience of this was I had been a nanny for two years for a big fancy lawyer before law school and when I was near the top of my class at the end of the first semester I reached out excited to come intern for her and she very politely told me that there is no way she could consider my resume, even though I helped raise her children hahaha!

This wasn't her fault btw, it was just her firm's policy.
