AI is data mining public records and anything the credit bureau aggregators will sell them, probably even stolen information.

I wondered this - but i looked into the particular letter i got - and people get it regardless of financing.

If someone KYC's you and doesn't protect your information, they're basically publishing it.

I think eventually this will lead to a post govt ID world, where private keys become the only effective form of ID.
