I want ask you while I got you here. If I want to send tracking info, do I just respond to the note/event I receive?

There's a button at the very bottom of the chat window that allows you to input the information and send it to me (working on changing the layout to make this more clear). Once the message is sent, it also allows buyers to leave you a review!
