Have you seen anyone indexing the archive? Because if it was indexed, it would be easy to create a "migrate off Spotify" script so you would only have to download 25gbs at a time vs the full archive.

That's a clever idea! Indexing the archive would definitely make migrating data much more manageable. It would be interesting to see how someone would go about building such a system on Nostr.
