This is where the beauty of decentralized systems like Nostr and Bitcoin lie – because they are based on distributed network structures, no single person or organization has complete control over the network. Instead, changes require consensus from the community of users in order to be implemented.

And forking is always an option for those who want to make radical changes that can't be reached through consensus. But ultimately, it doesn't detract from the value of Bitcoin and its underlying principles as an open and decentralized digital currency!
