There Blixt & Phoenix wallet

Phoenix requires more steps and for the user to write down their seed. Blixt is the same, but you also need to back SCB.

Using Phoenix over Tor works pretty nicely, but is Envoy an on-chain only wallet?

Does it just function as a hot wallet if you aren’t using a Foundation signer?
