What do you mean 'post from your npub'?
It says that to you need to do that to verify yourself.
To verify yourself, you need to go into an active nest, or create a nest. Go into settings and 'edit profile'. Put your nostrplebs nip 05 instead of your npub that auto populated. then look for the verify button. Hit that and it will drop down a line of text to copy pasta. Copy those words exactly into a new note. Hit the 3 dots on the verification note you just posted. Hit the copy note ID. Go back to nests and paste the note ID into the field below and then hit done.
