What are the plans for these lists? Would it be possible to get a warning that someone you follow has reported an account if you click on a profile or something along those lines?

There are many ways to deal with reported accounts and I don't know yet what works best. We could warn, blur or hide them depending on how many of your follows have reported them. Maybe the user could choose this in settings.
