Found it. In iris. Click on the spam account. Then 'report'
It's added on your "publicly reported" list, but Iris doesn't do anything with these lists yet

What are the plans for these lists? Would it be possible to get a warning that someone you follow has reported an account if you click on a profile or something along those lines?
