I watched that video Jack posted will try this set up as well. Did you get the app that locks apps during specific time frame?
No. Damus is the only app I check often. I don’t have any issues with other apps. But I found I work better if I take some breaks
What’s your Damus time limit per day? 
I didn’t set any limits. I pop in here when my brain is tired and I need a few mins break - which is often 😅
