Itās weirdly amusing how people want violence, but donāt want to want it, yet wanting the freedom to want it, assume they donāt want it, when, in fact, they want it even moreā¦ the myriads of layers of functional lies in societies is pure mindfuck

It's only natural: we use violence because it's a survival tool our brain can activate in situations which trigger survival instincts.
On the other hand living in tribes which can reach over 1B individuals makes us create tools to temper the violence.
We're naturally inclined to violence as an option: freeze fight flight.
That's good. Someone, somewhere will always choose violence for as long as this species will survive.
