Eh. I never figured out how to get on the dole because I usually quit in firey bursts of temper so I don't qualify. I've been unemployed for just about six months now, even with giving myself lots of solo projects I feel myself becoming unglued. My brain needs some amount of work and feeling of purpose and belonging to keep on generating the fee good chemicals 😅

But it is really wonderful sitting at cafes with Princess Aurora as she greets her adoring public. So it is lovely a lot of the time 💖

i would totally be screwed if i didn't get a new job within 2 months. but hopefully i will have my next job for a good 2 years and stack hard and ride the elevator and be able to do a 6 month hiatus and i'd see if i could get a business started.

I put together a website and am trying to get something started myself but we'll see, I still am applying to jobs. I got lucky with this time as I won a national prize for my research and so had funds enough to coast on a bit. I've got a super weird feeling that I have to write my work NOW THIS YEAR NOW NOW so I'm playing it fast and loose with money to finish my novel and do a bunch of independent research assignments that the voices give me 🤷‍♀️

I have faith it'll work out soon enough, or maybe I'll be starting an only fans 🤣
