Investment real estate is a shitcoin but your own land is a necessity
Discussion
'but my property is more valuable in the future!!'
'no, it's the same house but older, your money is just worth less.'
Can't explain how many times I've had this conversation..

Might help bring home the point (pardon the pun)
Investment real estate business has made it so hard for a common man to own land.
Real Estate requires energy and human skills. It is a good store of value. But doesn't work as a medium of exchange.
Absolutely. I sold a lot of bitcoin in 2018 to move my wife and 5 kids out of a run-down mobile home with no land and high rent, into a our own house with a couple acres of land, much of it forested, now with trails and a fire pit. We have gardens and peach trees now, too.
I will never regret spending the sats required to give my children a good place to grow up and build formative memories.
Well said, in 2021 we moved from a city of 1.6M people to 31 acres outside of a town of 316 people! We love it, have pigs, cows, chickens and getting bees this year if the swarm traps work. None of us would ever go back to living in a city!
Probably most governments have the right to confiscate your land in a desperate times if your land is significant for their strategy.

Houses don't become worth more. Your currency just becomes worth less.
Don't be stupid.
Buy Bitcoin.
Seeing real estate as investment is a result of broken money.
Few.
Can't agree more. We're trying to turn this ruin into a citadel.

Wish my parents weren’t hell bent on the opposite mentality. 😔
get you a 501c3 to hold the land and don't pay property taxes 😎
