Govt regs are making #cars worse. Transmission problems beyond 100k miles are WAY more common after 2010.

The fuck happend in 18?

Cars went off the gold standard.

That made me laugh, take some sats lad.

What is the 2010 regulation you’re thinking about?

Something to do with carbon credits for "non-serviceable" transmissions changed around then because all the dip sticks were removed & all recommendations for fluid changes stopped. When you don't clean & change the fluid that shit breaks at 100k

Climate scam is the mother of all scams.

Got to be correlated with the advent of those dog shit CVTs in Nissan Rogues and others.

Those do suck, but it's not just those, it's lots of regular automatics from what I've seen.

The advent of 10 speed transmissions to meet CAFE standards, more gears, more complexity, more problems.

Fuck these green faggots

What is CAFE ? Sounds delicious.
