It is taken as a status symbol by many and spoils the vibes. I am fine on a normal mode! That applies to me only, so I wouldn’t change based on my opinion! 🐶🐾🫡🤗
Is it status or trying to create more “proof of work” in #zapping a note to prevent all these issues of algo “fake” likes
Aware we don’t have that issue now - but #onlyzap is quite a clear way on fixing this

Is there a way to instant zap rather than being taken out to wallet of satoshi to do the payment ?
Not sure tbh. I use Damus which opens up WoS but that’s not inconvenient for me. Snort does one click zapping i think and in the future it will likely come standard
I think likes are almost worthless now we have zaps. I have no idea how many my posts get these days and I don’t care
Both can be valid I think, but zaps will build a more robust system
Repost can still be a bot thing
So maybe repost can be like a fountain.fm boost thing where u need to spend #sats
This would be an interesting implementation. I think a zapped and an unzapped version makes sense, but then we’re probably running into too many options.
