Some mornings I really don't feel like hitting the gym. I'm not at 100%, and no one would blame a guy for skipping today to rest.

Yet every time I choose to workout on these days I feel incredible afterwards. Maybe it wasn't my best workout ever, but I gave it my all. I pushed through.

These are the most important days.

Today is one of them. ✌️🌞

That is true, but one should refrain from doing it when sick. It can be difficult

Depends how sick. I've worked out with a cold and felt a lot better afterwards.

If I had something like the flu I'd stay home.

I actually used to like running with a cold.

It hurts, but then around the second mile, I hack up something and suddenly my lungs breath freely. Later I take a 2h nap and wake up feeling fresh (or at least that's how I remember my younger body responding πŸ˜‚ )

Just showing up is already 90% of the game - plus: I always feel extremely happy, walking out after the gym
