How dare you speak these words as I’m on the incline bench

I always do some rowing between sets to make it less bad

Push and pull? Those are separate days for me. Chest, shoulders, and triceps today

When I am not in a race prep I have chest, back and shoulder on separate days. And I would still do the rows.
