Completely fell off the workout path a while ago, but now back to getting after it. Don’t fall off the path! Especially if you’re over 40! It’s rough getting back to it, but this week has been #StartingStrength and next week I’ll add in some #StreetParking as well as some body building type of things.

Street parking?

Cool. Looks like a Version of Crossfit or Freeletics.

Yah. StreetParking is founded by ex-CrossFitters. Their programming is decent for the general population. If I was specializing, obviously go with a dedicated plan and coach.

One cool thing about crossfit was to not specialise. (If you dont try to excell at the sport of crossfit). So for longevity & health an general alround programming is best I would also think. You got a good thing going :D

Yah it’s a pretty legit home workout routine with tons of options and whatnot. I used to write my own workouts, but for the cost and the convince, the folks at StreetParking do a fantastic job.
