Do you activley release your breath while you stretch, roll or massage your tight spots? I learned that a few moments of conscious release trumps minutes of stretching without it.

Single Arm Barbell OH-Press is a cool unilateral move.

The longer the Barbell, the harder it is to keep the balance.

This will fire up your grip, rotator cuffs and core to stabilize the movement.

Unless you have light 10-15kg bars it will be too hard for many beginners. Its about Koordination and Balance. So no need to go heavy or fast.
