Do you activley release your breath while you stretch, roll or massage your tight spots? I learned that a few moments of conscious release trumps minutes of stretching without it.

I like nostr:npub17x7htjej3hgcqwqj86u9yvpcunhw6nz4zclzph2zfnlwe4v0yp8qrxvgap 's approach. Sounds best to me to fix it long term. Stronger hip flexors don't get tight from overusage as much as weaker ones.

But witbout more information this is all just guess work😅
