I was assigned to 5 years of quarantine after being poisoned by CO because I kept getting chronic pneumonia infections, then last year, one nearly killed me by spreading to the heart ❤️ It’s been about 7 months since I haven’t had pneumonia & my amazing medical team found a mixture of some beautiful lung medication, alongside swimming, walking intensely in Costa Rica for one month, that recovered my lungs back to a swimmer’s lungs.

I’ve just broken the 5 year quarantine at 4 years 2 months. Before then, it wasn’t looking so good & was terrifying.
