Tech Assistance Requested: 🛠️⚡ I'm navigating the fascinating world of #Bitcoin and the #LightningNetwork with a Raspberry Pi 5, running Raspberry Pi OS alongside #Umbrel.

My goal is to establish my own Lightning Network POS system to facilitate payments for services provided.

So far, #Zeus nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 seems to be the best app for this task, yet I'm encountering a recurring issue: intermittent connectivity to my Lightning Node/Core node, which hampers reliability.

Furthermore, I'm exploring the use of a lightning address (beitmenotyou@lifpay.com) to streamline tipping via Nostr, aiming for a setup that directs funds straight to my node without a hitch.

I'm reaching out to the #Nostr community for insights and solutions.

How can a non-programmer like myself ensure consistent node accessibility and integrate a lightning address effectively for direct node payments?

Any guidance, tools, or alternative approaches you can recommend would be greatly appreciated.

Big topic. Some random thoughts.

Resiliant Hardware. Not sure if pi5 is of doe the task. I would consider ups (universal power supply), backup Internet connection and raid 1 hard drive setup.

Inbound liquidity will be crucial for you. I would look into liquidity pools to guarantee people can send you sats.

Ok I have tallscale installed both on my Umbrel and phone (Moto G13 with android 11)

According to your docs all I needed to do was change the .Onion to the tallscale IP witch I did

But now I get this error opening the app
