Meat platter from last night's hot pot dinner π€€ I'm visiting Taichung ε°δΈ for a few days so I'll be posting lots of food and travel photos!
Hot pot is cooking meats, veggies and other hot pot stuff in a boiling pot of broth. Mala spicy is the red broth. It uses a really special peppercorn that has really great spice flavor and a numbing sensation. The redness comes from chili oil.
If you're an adventurous eater, I definitely recommend trying it!
