True science is a lonely pursuit. Requiring "peer review" is a corruption.
You should devolop an experiment to test that hypothesis.
Basic incentives make this pretty clear, imo. You can’t produce controlled experiments for social systems however, yet another way empirical “science” used by politics is a farce. This is the whole problem with mainstream economics actually.
And since science has been politizised since the 70s at least, we have no science.
