Tomahawk Steak 🔥 🍖 🤤 how we got this thicc steak absolutely delicious below the photo.

We did Mother's Day part 2 tonight since we still had more to grill.

First, sous vide the steak. We did 125F for a couple hours. After getting it out of the bag, pat it dry and then give it a little massage with salt to season it.

Next, get the grill hot hot and sear to finish. Then take it off and let the meat rest.

Resting is important and makes the texture of the meat tender. Don't skip this part!

Slice and eat with salt and pepper. If you eat at our house, Mom's super secret black pepper steak sauce will be on the table too.

Put the fatty bits, tendony bids and bone back on the grill for extra crispening.
