I played guitar for years and Jimi Hendrix was one of my first idols, and in retrospect, he will always be number 1, Jimi Hendrix was simply a natural talent, I have not seen another guitarist who plays that way, they can play faster, more technical, all you want, but nobody had that innate fluency to express himself, he never repeated a song live, all his interpretations are unique, the only one who made me feel something similar to Jimi Hendrix was Jason Becker.

Exactly, we are of the same tribe 🀝🎸😎

For those who don't know him, Jason Becker as well as Finney suffers from ALS, his career was very short, with only 20 years he stopped playing due to the disease although he has continued composing by computer.

Even so he left us jewels like this one:

1 Hendrix 2 Stevie Ray Vaughan

Stevie Ray Vaughan another phenomenon, also very influenced by Hendrix 🫑

And what about an Irishman late Rory Gallagher? πŸ”₯

He was entertaining, a great showman, and a brilliant guitarist .. 🎸
