What does it mean when the dot by a relay is yellow or red? This relay is regularly yellow or red. Rarely stays green.

I think Damus is attempting to reach that relay, but not a response received yet. It might be overloaded.
Thanks for the explanation. Is it better to remove a relay when that is happening? Or does it make no difference to just leave it in my list?
I think it should be ok to leave it. The client you use would attempt to request events from it, but if itās unreachable after a while it might timeout and show as red or unresponsive. I think this shouldnāt use much bandwidth since itās only attempting to make the connection but hasnāt received any data. Also, it depends on how often clients connect and disconnect from relays.
