Just download the nostr:npub1hcwcj72tlyk7thtyc8nq763vwrq5p2avnyeyrrlwxrzuvdl7j3usj4h9rq app and use the address it gives you. From there you can send your sats to any other Lightning wallet you want to store them with, such as Phoenix. Self-custody is better than custodial but you need a Lightning Address or LNURL for zaps.
