Wouldn't glass 3 just continually overflow?

If the tops were sealed and things were routed a bit different you could make a real hydraulic problem to even include hydrolocks.

I may have to rethink my position on that. I didn't take into account the open glass top... Maybe 3 is the only one that fills.
