I say everything pretty often (which I think is a good sign), but if I am completely honest with myself, point 3 hurts the most, because of my ego. The ego is never strong enough not to say it at all (thanks god), but yes, sometimes it is not easy and it takes some work to do it.
Oh no, I meant point 2. Point 3 is right after.
I imagine point 6 would be the hardest, but it never happened
