Ive been thinking lately that alot of America still thinks of war in an antiquated way. Like Hollywood WW2 movies. Like two good ol boys from the 1950's squaring off in a parking lot and fighting until one wins. Then they shake hands and move on.

It hasnt really reached their understanding that some of the people who want them dead dont think like this. The dont understand that non-State actors, corporations, proxy wars, immigration, social engineering, and event propaganda are the very real battlefields of now.

You get it. Told my normie friend we were in WW3 in 2020. He said that's not what he imagined it to be. Also, WWII didnt end, it was rebranded as the Cold War and we havent seen a day of peace since.

I don't think the Cold War really ended. We got an intermission, but China and Russia seem to be back to Cold War thinking. The US hasn't recognized the shift yet, though, and that's a problem.

I think it’s possible that you and I disagree on many things outside the foundational truth that Jesus Christ is Lord of all. Which in the end is the only truth that matters

I'm open to learning and having my opinion changed on just about everything else, so I welcome good discussion.

It was a great intermission πŸ˜€ The 90s through to about the 2008 financial meltdown was a time of hope, discovery, development and lifting humanity out of poverty, a great time to be alive.

the best 😊

Most people are just sheep for slaughter anyway..πŸ₯©πŸ„πŸ‘πŸ–πŸ”ͺπŸ’ŠπŸ’‰πŸ€‘πŸ’°πŸ†

WWII is the founding myth of modern America. Grave and obvious evil threatens the world, and the US, after a difficult struggle, defeats the evil and establishes itself as the global champion for freedom and democracy.

We've been living out the consequences of this myth ever since.

Well said but I guess I'd add the neo-marxist agenda of the UN could be the start point of a number of those enemies. Every nation funds with our taxes the enemy that seeks our demise πŸ˜”

So, as embarrassing as it is to admit, this naive patriotism is why I ended up joining that army.

I was a naive idiot.

I was disabused of my naivete rather quickly.

And now I am hardcore anti-war and let's burn down the fed and the MIC.
