This drives me fucking mad. There's no reason to property ownership anymore. You can own the house, But in some states like Texas, God forbid your property hits a million dollars in assessed value And you end up having to pay 15 grand a year or so in taxes. I almost hooked the world melts down in a massive war, and the governments just kill each other. I'll take the collateral damage. Add property insurance, maintenance etc. What a goddamn scam.
