Funny I was reflecting on this lately. I used the streaks app with the waking up app to help build my habit. Was a HUGE milestone to do it consistently for 30 / 45 / 💯 days in a row.

Now 30 in a row feels like nothing and instead of “trying to find time” to meditate if I do miss it in the 🌅 I just feel like I’m missing and looking for something most of the day.

Seems like it’s all about the getting over the hump to reinforce the habit.

Definitely. I also think a “staircase” approach is best and the same can be applied to learning about this 🟠.

I found that by intentionally not meditating for a day I was allowing my brain to see what happens when I decided not to mediate.

Low-level reverse psychology on myself maybe?
