Funny I was reflecting on this lately. I used the streaks app with the waking up app to help build my habit. Was a HUGE milestone to do it consistently for 30 / 45 / ๐Ÿ’ฏ days in a row.

Now 30 in a row feels like nothing and instead of โ€œtrying to find timeโ€ to meditate if I do miss it in the ๐ŸŒ… I just feel like Iโ€™m missing and looking for something most of the day.

Definitely. I also think a โ€œstaircaseโ€ approach is best and the same can be applied to learning about this ๐ŸŸ .

I found that by intentionally not meditating for a day I was allowing my brain to see what happens when I decided not to mediate.
