Funny I was reflecting on this lately. I used the streaks app with the waking up app to help build my habit. Was a HUGE milestone to do it consistently for 30 / 45 / ๐ฏ days in a row.
Now 30 in a row feels like nothing and instead of โtrying to find timeโ to meditate if I do miss it in the ๐ I just feel like Iโm missing and looking for something most of the day.

Definitely. I also think a โstaircaseโ approach is best and the same can be applied to learning about this ๐ .
I found that by intentionally not meditating for a day I was allowing my brain to see what happens when I decided not to mediate.
