Just finished a 7 day Carnivore experiment (meat, eggs, & dairy)

Feels 👇

Day 1-2:

Good energy, bad mood. Big time sugar cravings.

Day 3-4:

Death ☠️. Gnarly sugar cravings. No physical energy, but not tired * Depressed mood. No appetite for meat.

Day 5-7:

Magic 🪄. Turned the corner. Cravings lower each day. Good energy all day. Meat was delicious.

Mas: Weight fell off, quick. Lost around 6 lbs. 💩=disaster. More difficult than fasting on days 1-4

Why? Told #[0]​ I'd do it with him for 7 days as he goes for a month. Also, I like to flex my discipline muscles every once in a while.
