#Nostur v1.11.0 is released

New in this version:

- Fullscreen swiping prev/next on images

- “Open with...” to open unknown content types with other apps (NIP-89)

- Support for older iOS 15 and macOS Monterey

- Drag and drop images on new post

- Hashtag icons

- Website Comments: a parallel comment section on any website using nostr

- Many bug fixes and performance improvements

Uh there is def more lag with this on IOS… Besides, the preview on messages are with hieroglyphics, feature or a bug I’m lovin’ it! 😂🤙

Maybe, it would be nice to see time line / hot / trending in full view on the right section of main screen and not only on the side bar (on OSX)

Sry this version is terrible laggy. Don’t know if it’s about caching on iPhone, certain settings or something else… The more you maneuver in the app, the more it lags or freezes for 5-10-20 seconds…

Did it become slower over time (days)? And do you have background refresh on or off? I think may know what the issue is, I have an update related to this coming soon also with some other memory and performance improvements.

No I noticed from the beginning, background refresh off… I thought maybe bc of certain relays… One issue is that new notes don’t come in automatically, I have to close and open the app… Furthermore, hot and gallery section don’t load / fail more often on this vs previous versions

It could be related to the size of your follow list, I haven’t optimized for that many follows yet.

Just testing color schemes - sweet af! 🤙 Although there are just minor bugs sometimes it’s not on the header when you scroll in settings or in threads
