Even if it’s a pain in the ass, everyone needs to get a SIM PIN in place on their phones too. Social engineering PIN swaps from scammers calling your carrier posing as you are on the rise. Just make sure you call your carrier and get the one or two PUK codes they use too, so you are able to unlock your phone if you fuck it up.
