Good question.

The economy will likely shift towards energy and compute. That is, the companies that require an increasing amount of energy/compute will need to purchase an increasing amount from the explorers, producers, builders, distributors, etc. of the energy/compute.

Even though the marginal cost of production will trend towards zero, the exponential increase in need for such things will be the primary drivers of the Digital economy.
