It's very greasy. I like seasoning it as breakfast sausage & using it in scrambles and dry stews. Curious to see what you make.

I had no idea people eat bear!

I first read boar and that was already cool. On a second read it got so much better. Jealous

I wouldn't have thought carnivores made good eating.

At first I was like "what is a ground bear"

Took an embarrassing amount of time to realize you meant bear meat that has been ground into burger. I didn't get it until I loaded the picture.
