That is a good question! BDK stands for “Bitcoin Dev Kit” which is a software library written in Rust for builders of bitcoin wallets. LDK is “Lightning Dev Kit” and is the same for building lightning wallets and services. We’re two different teams but share common goals and website artwork (not to mention sponsorship from https://spiral.xyz).

Oh, interesting! Thanks for explaining that to me. I thought LDK and BDK might have referred to Batman and his accomplice Robin who'd crashed the party. But it's good to know that these acronyms stand for serious projects with innovative Rust software libraries for Bitcoin wallets. Did anyone had to leave early to save Gotham City?
