Genuine question: what do you want to achieve by reporting them? To who? Nostr is decentralized and uncensored. Blocking them is the only recourse, imho.
To remove toxic/illegal/hateful behavior , they can rejoin, but they have to pay the price of they want to join paid relays. I will continue to report everything I see that is non-positive. People who are hateful will not survive here 😎😀🙌🤣🙃😋👍

Not a good approach, reporting people who post stuff you subjectively dislike. What if I reported you (I won't) for trying active censorship? Blocking is fine, but reporting is overstepping, unless it's very well reasoned (which in the given case, it isn't).

It adds a reported note to their profile and relays can deny them access. You can never “delete” them, but the less relays they appear on, the less they’re seen. It also benefits the relays not to allow illegal content as their country laws could jeopardize themselves (ie child porn or something like that).
