And here I am trying to figure out how to go carnivore for 3 months... It's not going well.

Yeah it’s not an easy one to do with rising costs .. but I found buying from small local farmers cuts the cost a lot

I'm trying to find a local that will sell me cheap cuts of beef and 30lbs of ground per month for ~the same as I'd pay in a grocery store, plus a bit more. I'm thankful I'm not very picky. I've started looking into subscriptions, too, but most of those aren't feasible for the ONLY thing I'd be eating.

I can say ground beef is not only more affordable but it’s easier for your body to digest and you can have the butcher grind some liver in there.

I make it and add a sauce my mom makes (but might not be keto 🫣).

Liver is one of the 5 things I generally refuse to eat, but, gosh, that's actually a really good idea. Thank you.

lol what are the other 4

Liver

Okra

Tripe

Zucchini

Eggplant

Anything else I will try at least once.

Oh I like the others on your list. I think I like almost all food πŸ˜‚

But also :/ I think you probably need more to eat than I do πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

Yeah, I'm probably more... Mass? Than both you and Stella combined. Even eating at a proper caloric deficit, my BMR is still high.
