Actually yea... That makes sense. If that's happening then the only out for the owner is to spend the entire stack on a fee and get with a miner directly and hope they're nice enough to send you some funds and recover.
ya he fukt. Hopefully just a consolidation but certainly has the trappings of a hurried wallet sweep.
