Because they are tools of production and not of consumption.
BUT, I tried several times to move to a linux-only setup, and I will try again for sure. It smells a different freedom.
I used to be a Linux maxi but then I chilled tf out and use the tool best suited for the task, giving preference to open-source.
My Mac is giving me problems like it wants to be replaced. Seems time to shop for a quality Linux laptop! System76 comes to mind, any others I should check out?
