Can such a thing exist as a white dating app that doesn't encourage supremacy and eugenicism, or is whiteness an exclusionary factor for the entire premise?

How does this extend to other races having race cases dating?

I'm coming at this as someone who isn't a fan of any supremacist ideologies.
