Had to google it, but yesπ I'm more like 22:2, have two meals an hour apart - one portion makes me bit sick, so I split it.
I wonder about ketosis tho, when should it begin and how I'll feel it. So far now after wed, thu and sat in theatre I'm really exhausted and strained. I wonder if ketosis will help with sore muscles.
