Just disabled autocorrect on my phone. My hypothesis is that this will lead to fewer errors overall.
Will report back with my findings…

On android, there's a keyboard called Unexpected Keyboard that doesn't autocorrect or autopunctuate...and I love it!

For me, it leads to more spelling errors because of sausage fingers mispressing constantly. I keep it off though, because otherwise the keyboard will constantly separate words which shouldn't be separated in my native tounge, and that's honestly worse than some little spelling errors haha
