Does anyone know how to get jellyfin on a Samsung TV? I keep seeing guides about deploying apps to your TV and I feel like an idiot. #asknostr

Not sure if it’s the same as mine but you can put the app on a usb stick and copy it. If not maybe there’s an android app store available on your tv

No. But if yours is an Android tv as well, it should be the same logic

No android app store. There is a USB port.

I downloaded the installer from my computer onto a usb stick and intalled it on the tv that way.

I don't think Samsung works that way. What did you do when you plugged it in

There was an app on the tv to read files from the usb key. I opened it and than ran the installer for jellyfin. (The tv has an android app store too so it could have apps installed on it)
