Ground beef and eggs if on a budget.
I try have steak a few times a week.
I like have some sort of fish meat once a week. E.g. salmon, shrimps, muscles.
I eat about 2-3 eggs daily.
Pork sausages and bacon as well few times a week.
I put pink salt on everything I eat for electrolytes and helps with reducing cramp on low carb diet.
Drink lots of water and sometimes have coffee if I need a boost of energy.
